2009 Season. Online Registration for the MCRA Track Day(s)
1). Select your correct date and registration category by
clicking on the appropriate button. You will
then start the PayPal payment process for your Track Day selected by clicking on
the 2.) Once you have successfully completed the payment process, you will be brought back to our site to the online Track Day Registration form. Fill in all the information correctly so we can match your payment to you and complete your Registration quickly. Incomplete payments will be directed to an "ERROR" page. If you are not taken to the registration form after your payment is processed, click on the link above and complete the form. TO REGISTER BY MAIL: Print the downloadable MAIL IN FORM and send with your payment. REMEMBER to mail well in advance. NOTE: To register for more than one Track Day you must re-submit an additional payment and registration using the forms below. i.e. One submission/registration for each track day participant or date. If you are NOT a MCRA member and are registering for more than one Track Day use the Non-Member form first. Then the Member form for all following registrations. PRICING: Pre-Registration (early registration) pricing is valid until 14 days prior to the event (CCS Licensed Racers-$110, MCRA Members-$130 and Non-Members-$155). After the Pre-Registration period, all online registration and "at-the-track" prices will increase $40 (CCS Licensed Racers-$150, MCRA Members-$170 and Non-Members-$195). The CCS Licensed Racer discount is ONLY available on the Saturday Track Days before a CCS Sunday Race at GIR provided that you are entering at least 2 CCS races. ALL online registrations will close 2 days before the event. You may still register at the track. Save yourself $40 and Pre-Register at least 14 days before the event date! REGISTRATION FEES DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR GATE FEE or PADDOCK PARKING. PADDOCK PARKING PERMITS ($5) CAN BE PURCHASED AT REGISTRATIONS. TRACK DAY REGISTRATION(s):

Card Required NOTE: Everyone must pay a gate fee
($5 MCRA track
day, $10 CCS race day), sign a
waiver and receive an arm band before entering the track area. Rider
registration will be held inside the track area. NO ONE IS PERMITTED IN THE OVAL
(TRACK AREA) WITHOUT AN ARM BAND. This is a RAIN or SHINE event. NO
REFUNDS. In
the rare event that the MCRA has to cancel a specific event, rain checks will be
issued for future dates. |
